Highly recommend! Zach met me at my home within 2 days of contact and provided me with a detailed estimate that evening. He made a real effort to explain what was causing my problems and provided a very reasonable resolution. Two weeks later the project was completed. I had a maintenance agreement with another company for 7 yrs but they were bought up by a bigger place so I was looking for a new company. Zack contacted me from an inquiry I placed on the Nextdoor app so I had him come out and we immediately hit it off so I hired them for a maintenance agreement. Not a few weeks later, one day my AC stopped working so I called Zack and he was to my house within an hour. After diagnosing the problem and thoroughly explaining and showing me the issue, I was fortunate enough to have a new blower motor installed, up and running within a few hours. Couldn't recommend them enough.

We hired Pure Comfort Heating & Cooling to clean our air conditioning ducts. They did an amazing job & showed us pictures as they cleaned each section of our home. As a bonus, they also did a dryer vent cleaning. I would highly recommend!!!!
Our a/c was running 10° and climbing from the time we woke up this morning, after an extremely pleasant call to the mainline and speaking with Amelia(a true delight), Zack came out and diagnosed the problem within minutes and had it fixed within the hour, as well as gave maintenance tips to help continue to run it smoothly. He was entirely professional, as well as homely in regard to my ever curious 4 year old. There’s a reason they should be everyone’s first choice for their a/c/ hvac needs!
Zackery is the best of the best. We had a problem with a leaky air duct coming through our ceiling, called him after hours on a Monday, he was at our house fixing the problem by 8am the next morning. His communication, knowledge, and the time he takes to thoroughly explain the process of what he’s doing is very refreshing from a tradesman. I would 10/10 recommend his company to anyone in need.
Wow, just wow! Our AC duct sprung a leak, and we braced ourselves for a long wait, especially since it was 6 PM on a Monday. But then we called Zachery at Pure Comfort, using the number on his business card, and to our absolute delight, he was at our door by 8 AM the very next morning! Living in Florida, that kind of responsiveness is truly unheard of and so appreciated. Zachery, an owner no less, not only quickly found and fixed the leak but also expertly repaired the damage, all within an hour. The fair pricing and incredible workmanship blew us away.
