Pure Comfort LLC started with a straightforward idea: homeowners in Rifle and Garfield County deserve a licensed plumber and HVAC contractor who shows up, explains the problem, and fixes it right the first time. Our founder spent years working on furnaces, boilers, and water lines throughout the Colorado River valley before deciding the area needed a plumbing and HVAC company that put honesty ahead of upselling.
That local, hands-on beginning still shapes how we operate today. We grew from a single service truck answering calls in Rifle into a full HVAC contractor and plumbing contractor covering the corridor from Parachute to Basalt, but the values never changed.

I had a maintenance agreement with another company for 7 yrs but they were bought up by a bigger place so I was looking for a new company. Zack contacted me from an inquiry I placed on the Nextdoor app so I had him come out and we immediately hit it off so I hired them for a maintenance agreement. Not a few weeks later, one day my AC stopped working so I called Zack and he was to my house within an hour. After diagnosing the problem and thoroughly explaining and showing me the issue, I was fortunate enough to have a new blower motor installed, up and running within a few hours.
